Rob Berry is the President of Zaxa Group LLC and an authorized agent of Crestcom International in the greater West Palm Beach area. Rob provides interactive Leadership Workshops and Training Seminars designed to allow participants to learn specific leadership techniques in the classroom, then implement those methods in their workplace - invariably leading to significant business results.
Rob has a Masters in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. He began his career at General Electric and rose to various functional and business leadership roles. Rob then used his leadership and operational skills to build business transformation programs within various healthcare, legal, and news organizations. Rob has held VP or SVP positions for a small family-owned business, private-equity held businesses, and fortune 500 businesses - honing his business leadership, coaching, and employee development skills along the way.
Rob has been a guest speaker at various conventions and spent three years teaching Lean Six Sigma to Engineering and Business students at the University of Dayton. He has also served on the Board of nonprofit organizations within the community.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Montreal, Quebec, Rob now resides in Florida with his wife. He enjoys golf, scuba diving, poker, reading, and travel… but most of all Rob enjoys contributing to the success of others as they discover for themselves the potential within.
