Jeremy Boardman is President of Brevet Leadership Inc, an authorized partner of Crestcom International serving the State of Maine. Jeremy is a retired Army officer and West Point graduate with over 20 years of leadership experience, including multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Balkans.
Jeremy earned his MBA in Finance and Operations from Wharton and served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at West Point. He spent the last five years as an Associate Director at Wayfair, driving strategy and innovation, building high-performing teams, and growing leaders. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Balanced ScoreCard Professional. Jeremy’s passion for lifelong learning and leadership led him to partner with Crestcom to develop stronger, more ethical leaders.
Jeremy grew up in Scarborough and still has enduring ties to Southern Maine. He is an engaged father to two pre-teens, cheering on and coaching their activities. Jeremy is also a sustainability-focused DIY addict. In his free time, you can find him tapping maple trees, raising free-range chickens, and conquering a slew of home improvement projects on his 14-acre hobby farm in North Yarmouth.
