We provide support focused at driving real results, quickly! Bart is President of Leadership Growth Systems LLC, a Texas based global Leadership and Management Development company and the authorized licensee of the Crestcom portfolio of programs, the award-winning content used in providing services in more than 60 countries.
Bart also serves on #1 ranked Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University’s senior advisory board to the President. He is a student mentor at the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation in Plano, TX, active in the Plano Community and as mentor to global participants in the Thunderbird at ASU Masters program.
He has held national and international executive leadership roles at Nortel Networks, Citrix, Samsung and GE while working in Japan, Europe and the United States. He developed strategies, built new initiatives in new markets and led sales and business development teams with responsibility for multi million dollar growth.
Bart is originally from The Nethelands and is a graduate of Keele University (UK – Law & Psychology) and ASU's Thunderbird School of Global Management including executive education programs. Bart also holds a certificate in gamification in business from Wharton.
In his spare time Bart loves indoor and outdoor activities, such as music, cooking, travel, reading, ocean sailing, skiing and is an avid cyclist. He also contributes time and effort in various Not-For-Profit endeavors, working with ACH Child & Family Services, North Texas Food Bank, Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Communities Foundation of Texas. Most of all, Bart is proud of his family; spouse Jennifer and 2 wonderful grown sons – Adan and Bryson.
