""Crestcom is fundamentally different from the purely informational training programs I’d participated in or sent my team to attend. With those programs, you would come back with a binder full of ideas that collected dust and were never put into practice. You would become used to training not being transformative. I sent an essential member of my team to Crestcom training, hoping for but not expecting much. I was glad to be wrong. After each training session, we would meet together and go over the lesson and the action plan he put into place. Crestcom promotes taking action. So, that’s what we did. Our department became more manageable. We started to ask better questions. We started to focus on the right activities and drive better results. I wasn’t even in the class, but sending one member of my team and putting what he learned into practice was of immeasurable value. I encourage you to cut through the competing voices and chose Crestcom as your company’s vehicle for definite improvement.""
