"Hi Mike, After completing the BulletProof Manager Program myself and having a number of our staff attend as well I felt a letter recognizing the benefits of the program would be in order. All of our participants came out of the program gaining skills and knowledge that can only help them become better managers. As a group we felt the de-brief sessions facilitated by you were extremely valuable and are carrying on with them even after completion of the course. The ongoing de-brief sessions are being attended by our new participants in the program and they are getting the benefit of the input from the Crestcom veterans. I highly recommend Crestcom for managers and prospective managers of any experience level. The information provided in the program and the interaction with participants from other organizations helps to strengthen the learning. I have attended many courses and program over the years gaining knowledge and information that I found valuable. But one of the most important components of Crestcom is that it encourages you to put your learning into action and it celebrates the successes of the program participants action plans. During the timeframe of our Crestcom program our company was implementing a major software conversion. The tools that we gained from the program along with the support and advice provided by you helped us through this difficult period. We know that a major undertaking such as this will not be without some challenges but Crestcom taught us it is how you manage change that is the most important component. Mike I would not hesitate to recommend Crestcom to any company who might be interested in participating. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to any of your prospective clients who may have additional questions.Best regards Mott ElectricGraham Trafford General Manager"

"Dear Mike, I am writing to document the benefits and successes Crestcom’s BulletProof Manager Training has helped us generate within our engineering firm. At the outset, the strategic and tactical issues to which we were trying to respond would no doubt sound familiar to many other companies: We had been in business for some 20 years, and had enjoyed steady, stable business growth during that period. Then, within a two year period our growth accelerated resulting in an increase in our staffing levels by over 50%. In trying to cope with this growth, we realized that many of our new ‘people managers’ had risen from technical backgrounds and that during their early careers had varied levels of prior exposure to training in Leadership, Management and Supervision (for some, ‘learning’ had been limited to ‘on the job’ observation and imitation, which ingrained both bad habits as well as good ones). In addition, not only did our staff come from varied business backgrounds, company sizes, and company cultures, they also came from varied cultural backgrounds (50% of staff were from outside North America). In this environment, we saw the strategic need to upgrade the Management skill levels of our existing leadership team, and to benefit from having a common framework and ‘language’ to help us be more effective in our Management dialogues at, and between, all organizational levels (360 degrees). We also saw the need to start developing our next generation of Leaders, Managers, Supervisors (each either a people-leader, or a project manager). Having looked initially at several programs, our Management Team unanimously chose Crestcom for its combination of training elements, practical exercises and case studies, and for its professional delivery and post-session follow-up facilitation. We believed that the Crestcom approach gave us a high probability of effective implementation – and now some four years later, the positive results from our selection of Crestcom are quite visible. Our Crestcom graduate (myself included) consistently commented that we enjoyed the monthly training sessions and that the material covered was relevant, easily applied and well delivered. The value from session participation with staff from other companies is clear – students hear similar issues and problems from others, and realize that they’re not alone. We also found value from the availability of multiple deliveries of each monthly training session – creating the possibility for each of our participants to attend a session with few other students from our own company, which created a form of ‘safe haven’ in which it was easier to participate, share and learn. The monthly debriefings session were of huge value as an effective way to take lessons learned from class and apply them directly to our business environment by way of accountable action plans, and also gave us a simple vehicle to demonstrate to all staff the visible support from higher Management through their participation not only in the training itself but also as ongoing attendees at the debriefing. When we began searching for a program that would work for us, we discovered a number of tactical uses related to training delivery; primarily that the unpredictable nature work/travel demands in our business made rigid training calendars impractical. The flexibility provided by Crestcom’s offering of multiple-sessions per month (and repeated sessions on the year following) solved that problem effectively. From my perspective, the BulletProof Manager curriculum and experience has helped our people leaders and project managers achieve noticeably improved results and demonstrate greater leadership skills. In addition, the common language and approach that the training provides has improved our internal communication and results in a more consistent approach to our people and our business. Perhaps even more importantly, we have seen a tangible return on our training investment. For example, one of our graduates continually uses the concepts from the Negotiation module and estimates the benefits of at least $125,000 in increased gross profit over the past two years, while achieving win/win outcomes. Another example that easily comes to mind is one of our ‘old guard’ managers, who has used the Crestcom training to achieve an adjusted approach with others and has recently been promoted to Vice President. As a result of the positive impact we began seeing soon after the first ‘class’ of six managers began their training, we began immediately to add more participants and have since graduated some 21 of our staff from the program, including three from our subsidiary in Chile. We are adding more participants this year from those who have been identified as having a strong potential for advancement within our organization. You have helped us develop our leaders and increase the productivity of our firm, so it without hesitation that I recommend your Crestcom BulletProof Manager to other organizations. Sincerely,David Atkinson Executive Vice President"
