With over 5000 people trained, his teaching expertise combined with 18 years of corporate management knowledge, has equipped Ken to transfer proven management principles into practical applications, tools, processes, and systems to GROW! leaders and their teams to their full potential.
Ken and the Western Canada team have been frequently recognised nationally and internationally for sales, facilitation and client relations excellence. But the true reward comes from playing a part in guiding participants to new levels of leadership competence and confidence. Or as one of Ken's graduates described, "I only wished that I had Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager training when I first became a manager. It is staggering to think of the potential loss of customers and employees from my trials and errors over these many years."
In 2004, Ken assumed the leadership role of Crestcom’s Area Representative for Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Credited for developing “Team Canada West” into one of the most productive, customer focused Crestcom teams worldwide. Ken and his Crestcom teammates deliver over a dozen virtual online sessions “monthly” throughout Western Canada and annually graduate over 250 managers in the accredited Crestcom Bullet Proof Manager Leadership Series.
Prior to joining Crestcom, Ken was a senior telecommunications leader with a record of dynamic business transformation to improve performance in customer sales and service, marketing and corporate planning. Appointed to several executive teams focused on corporate-wide behaviour and cultural transformation where he was prime to institute innovative employee training approaches that resulted in enhanced customer service and long term client loyalty.
