Trevor is an agile and versatile business leader with over 20 years of leadership experience. His diverse and cross functional skill set has provided him intuitive problem solving, decision making, strategy and operational execution abilities. His time at Xerox Corporation demonstrated his agility and depth of capabilities in leading teams in all facets of the company including Sales, Operations, Human Resources and Learning and Development.
Trevor is the President and Founder of Grow From Within, a mindset he brings to and is encouraging to the companies and people that he works with. He believes that culture, leadership and movement are the best tools for growth.
He is a Registered Corporate Coach™, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Barrett Values Centre Practitioner, and a Certified Instructor of Target Account Selling™.
Trevor lives in Ottawa with his wife Julie and pursues an active lifestyle which includes running, cycling and golf. He has qualified for the Boston Marathon six times and has run it three while supporting the Autism Speaks running team.
Trevor is pleased to be offering both the Crestcom BPM program and Leadership Series program to his clients in Eastern Ontario and surrounding regions.
