United States Leadership Training Expert
Just two years out of college Kelley was promoted to a Vice President position at Pacific Plastic Technology in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She has worked for both small and very large companies including General Electric and Clariant Corporation. She has received several awards, including three GE Leadership Awards, The Clariant Presidents Club award for top sales in the US. She’s been on several boards in Southern California including SPE, SPI, ASSE and the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce. She chaired the Manufactures Counsel in Rancho Cucamonga which has now become the Manufacturers Council of the Inland Empire.
Passionate about people, she is a mentor for those seeking to overcome obstacles in their lives both professionally and personally. Her company has a sound ‘pay it forward’ philosophy and supports local non-profits, ministries and a Christian safe house for kids in the slums of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
