Joel is the Managing Partner of Applied Leadership, a franchise of Crestcom International that operates in 53 foreign countries and 50 U.S. markets.
Through Applied Leadership, Joeltrains managers of many different industriesin Alabama on subjects such as Attitude, Goal Setting, Customer Service, Time Management, Team Building, Employee Development, Organization, Motivation, and Effective Communication.
He continues to teach and encourage managers on ways they can improve their leadership skills, and how they can translate that into increased productivity and profitability, with less stress both in their professional careers and in their personal lives. Joel’s passion is to inspire participants and organizations to aspire to their potential.
Joel combines his B.S. in Marketing from Samford University and M.S. in Economics from Auburn University with over 25 years of personal experience in management and leadership. From a successful career in corporate management in Miami, FL and Atlanta, GA to entrepreneurial success leading a production and distribution business for 15 years, Joel has the experience and expertise to help increase your team’s overall performance.
On a more personal note, Joel is happily married to his business partner, Amanda, he is a father of three children and a grandfather of six.
